Your mission:

To reinforce the Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for a Business Analyst in the department of Application Solutions Delivery. Our mission is for one of our clients, a private Bank in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

Your mission will be to act as a Business Analyst in the team dedicated to the business line, develop and maintain custom-made applications and integrate COTS packages. 

  • Being the functional and technical support of agile consulting projects in the financial sector/banking environment throughout the entire life cycle;
  • Defining requirements as a Business Analyst using requirements engineering & modelling techniques, business cases;
  • Developing solutions with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Contribute to internal topics and implement your own ideas - thereby driving your own professional, methodological, and personal development and that of your environment.

Qualifications

Your profile and your skills :

  • You justify relevant practical experience in finance/banking as Business Analyst, Business Engineer or Requirements Engineer;
  • You are familiar with alternative investment;
  • You have the ability to work in a team as well as analytical thinking and approach;
  • You are motivated with continuous improvements not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve;
  • You possess an intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious;
  • You have already worked with agile methodologies;
  • You speak English and French proficiently;
  • You have a Swiss Residency.
