YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Furniture, POS Material and give away

  • Responsibility of brand furniture, display and POS Material accessories projects
  • Briefing and follow of suppliers' design creations
  • Lead on production process with production companies
  • Project lead on furniture implementation in the markets
  • Leaflet SIS overview and guidelines
  • Follow-up on all legal issues related to countries rules with Quality Management

Stock Management

  • Orders and reorders
  • Transport and Logistics
  • Allocations and monitoring of forecasts

Decoration, Roadshow and Promotion

  • Design and concept ideas according to communication roadmap
  • Creation of POS Decoration, Roadshow and Promotion guidelines
  • Approvals of projects and layouts proposals from the markets
  • Support and coordination of all market requests

MaPS System

  • Implementation of the technical watch data on the reference system
  • Organization of collections
  • Creation of product sheets for Launch Information
  • Organization of photos on the Media Center, by collection

Certina 360° Online Learning

  • Administration and support of the platform
  • Annual update coordination
  • Coordination of content creation and translation
  • Activation plan and motivation program for new sessions
  • Monitoring and analysis of training activities by country
  • Monthly dispatch of certificates

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Business administration (CFC or maturité gymnasiale)
  • Excellent organizational skills, observation of deadlines
  • MS Office and SAP is a plus

  • Native French or German
  • Proficient in English
