Job description

IT Procurement Manager

 As IT Procurement Manager you will lead, negotiate and supervise all IT-related purchases and contracts:

  • Procurement: IT vendor (supplier) relationship management
  • Contract negotiation: Lead/organize negotiation teams; define negotiation roadmaps
  • Coordination between Swatch Group companies, Legal department, Procurement department and IT-suppliers.

Your responsibilities

IT vendor (supplier) relationship management:

  • Primary contact point of entry for IT suppliers.
  • Based on Group needs, assessing potential economic benefits in IT procurement (e.g. Group contract/Group conditions; grouping needs of Brands/Production companies/subsidiaries).
  • Leading negotiations with IT-suppliers.
  • Maintaining IT supplier portfolio & continuous efforts to optimize existing procurement conditions of IT-suppliers for the Group.
  • Control of all financial conformities & conditions (e.g. prices applied).
  • Evaluation of business satisfaction with the suppliers.
  • Coordination of all actions/modifications of IT suppliers (e.g. audits, litigation, new business models).
  • Budget and forecast preparation for Swatch Group IT services (running costs, licenses, subscriptions, etc.).
  • Improve & simplify internal administrative processes (Purchase Order process, etc.).
  • Communication of all IT-procurement relevant topics to Swatch Group IT-community.


  • Degree in IT and/or Business degree in Procurement
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in similar position (procurement)
  • Strong negotiation skills with big international IT players
  • Controlling/Finance background is an advantage

Professional requirements


  • Fluent in French and English, German is an advantage
