Description
As an FE Financial Controller, you will report directly to the FE Financial Regulation Manager. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Conducting audits and control procedures on FE Teams and Manufacturers to ensure compliance with FE Financial Regulations (80%).
- Supporting the development, maintenance, and update of the FE Financial Regulations framework (20%).
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform compliance monitoring of teams and manufacturers, including interim and final audits.
- Manage relationships with FE Teams, Manufacturers, and external auditors.
- Assist in investigations of suspected breaches of Financial Regulations.
- Collaborate with various FIA departments to maintain and update the regulatory framework.
Profile
The Successful Applicant: Must have:
- 3 to 4 years of audit experience.
- Strong accounting knowledge with international accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP) and consolidation experience.
- Ability to run audit/control procedures autonomously.
- Organized, dedicated team player with strong analytical skills.
- Curious and eager to investigate potential non-compliance.
- Fluent in English, based in Geneva, and willing to travel up to 6 weeks per year.
- Proficient in MS Office.
