Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler is a leading Geneva-based law firm specializing in international arbitration and dispute resolution. Its members act as arbitrators, counsel or experts in international and domestic commercial, investment and sports disputes.

For a long term position, we are looking for an experienced

He/she will mainly be in charge of:

  • Perform classic secretarial duties such as maintaining a calendar, preparing digital and hard-copy document files, organizing conference calls and meetings, drafting correspondence, and creating, organizing, and archiving documents in our file-management system.
  • Keep track of procedural deadlines, maintaining accurate records of submissions and other legal documents exchanged in the proceedings.
  • Prepare hearing files, word-process and format documents at an advanced level (using styles, adding tables of contents, etc.), and file electronic and hard copy submissions.

What we look for:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Conscientious, proactive, organized, and flexible.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Proficiency with or willingness to learn to use various applications, including videoconferencing tools, exhibit management software, and e-filing platforms.
  • Native speaker of French or English with an excellent level (spoken and written) in the other language.
  • Knowledge of Italian, Spanish, or German would be an asset.
  • Swiss work permit
