• The Business Controlling functions of this position involve overseeing global activities and initiatives, managing costs, assisting with budget and forecast preparation, and participating in process improvement.
• Project management, financial analysis related to brand performance and innovation, and analyzing investment requests.
• To coordinate system changes and implementation and to serve as a business partner for financial matters during the implementation of IT platforms related to global functions projects.
• To provide support to the Global Function Business Control Manager for ad-hoc requests.

Profile

• University degree/MBA
• 4 - 6 years of experience in Finance, preferably FP&A
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and metrics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
• Fluent in English
