Atracsys is a Swiss company specialized in leading-edge 3D/6D optical pose measurement systems for medical, research, education and industrial applications. To further grow our business in Puidoux (VD) we are looking for a:

Quality Engineer (f/m/x)

The purpose of this role:

In this role, the Quality Engineer will support and sustain the quality especially in the manufacturing area in order to ensure product quality.

 

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Supervise incoming inspections and perform product release 

  • Handle nonconforming products and conduct CAPA   

  • Conduct problem solving activities such as 8D and 6sigma  

  • Ensure the qualification and validation of equipment and processes

  • Supervise activities related to the maintenance of equipment 

  • Support activities related to pFMEA   

  • Define and monitor key indicators to improve processes  

 

   

Your profile:

  • Engineering  degree (Bs / MSc) in mechanical, electronic, microengineering or manufacturing related field  

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the medical field, the knowledge of ISO 13485 is mandatory  

  • Must be able to provide and implement solutions to quality problems 

  • Strong analytical skills, experience with problem solving methods  

  • Ability to work in a team   

  • Fluent in French and English, German is a plus
