Workplace: Renens, Biel or Zurich, with weekly travel to other sites

Your duties

• Office Move Coordination
• FM Services coordination, planning and support
• First point of contact (SPOC) for employees
• FM contracts: RFP process support, third party contractor management, contract document development and review.
• FM projects: project management including on site work coordination, cost, deadline and quality compliance, reporting. Identification and escalation of any potential issues.
• FM quality management and documentation: process review, implementation and optimisation. On-site monitoring, auditing and enforcement of SLAs agreed in FM contracts.
• FM Benchmarking (ESG): key performance indicators’ collection, measurement and analysis.

What you bring

• Technical or commercial education, completed with a training in Facility Management
• Knowledge in Business management
• Several years of experience in the field of operational Facility Management
• Service-minded, autonomous and proactive
• Good communication skills
• Car driving license
• French is mandatory, with a good level of English and German
