Technical skills:  

• Advanced mastery of Revit, AutoCAD, and ACC software (including elements outlined below): 
  - Family modeling while incorporating client's shared parameters. 
  - Inputting and consolidating model data. 
  - Creating and modifying templates. 
  - Adhering to specified levels of detail. 

• Strong understanding of BIM and its principles.  

• Solid comprehension of standards and regulations related to architectural design and construction. 

• Experience in developing interior layout plans and space planning. 

Design and creativity:  

• Ability to propose creative ideas for functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. 

• Aptitude for translating client needs and requirements into design concepts. 

Collaboration and communication: 

• Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other collaborators.
