In this exciting role you will be supporting different teams (Local Markets, Global Brand Teams, Finance, Market Access, etc.) to ensure an aligned product structure accross all systems. You will do so by collecting relevant data, manage and optimize the existing data sets, set up new products, update prices, etc.

ASAP: Data Analyst - Pricing Data Coordination - Pharma (m/w)

Our client is a global player in the pharma industry with a broad range of products. This role is part of the Strategic Pricing and Commercial Analytics Team and supports the global Pricing strategy based out of the office in the Zug region. We are looking for someone to join ASAP on a temporary contract with a clear chance of a permanent take-over for the right match.

Description

Work with different Stakeholders: Local Markets, Global Brand Teams, Finance, Market Access, Launch team and other departments within the organization:

  • Ensure an aligned product structure across multiple internal systems
  • Collect data information from multiple systems and align with Pricing Data structure
  • Manage and optimize existing global data (~ 30'000 products)
  • Ensure new products are correctly set up in the system in a timely manner
  • Process updates of Fx Rates, Volumes and Prices when needed
  • Support the Data Audit process
  • Assist in any other data related area when required

Become a Business System Administrator of the Model N [salesforce.com] Pricing System "MyIRP":

  • Work with IT team and system vendor on system upgrades, enhancements and resolution of issues
  • Support users with their requests to help make processes more efficient
  • Ensure users have the correct system access
  • Train users on all functionality of the system
  • Assist in any other system related area as requested
  • Assist with special projects related to the system and ad hoc requests

Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience, ideally in Pricing or a related area
  • Background in Data Management is required.
  • Strong experience and affinity with IT systems is preferred - very good Excel skills are a must have
  • Fluency in English needed
  • Solid understanding of Master Data and Databases is mandatory
  • Accuracy, time-management and organization skills
  • Work under strict deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and communicate within multiple levels in the organization
