Your working day is varied and includes different areas of deployment such as support, logistics, caretaking, courier service and animal care. Your tasks
- You actively work in the logistics area and coordinate as well as carry out various logistical tasks
- You accompany, care for and support employees in the second labour market with their daily tasks
- You promote the individual skills, resources and independence of the employees
- You instruct and support employees in carrying out their activities and provide them with orientation in their working day
- You take over the deputy caretaking duties during absences and ensure the tasks arising in the caretaking area are completed
- You take care of the feeding and care of the horses if necessary
- You support the team in the courier service if needed and take over trips in case of absences
Your profile
- You have practical skills and are interested in the areas of logistics, caretaking, courier service and manual activities
- You hold a category B driving licence
- Ideally, you have experience in the social, pedagogical or care sector
- You enjoy working with people and treat them with appreciation, patience and respect
- You enjoy working with animals and especially with horses
- You are flexible and willing to contribute in different work areas
- You work reliably, independently and responsibly
