• Completed compulsory schooling, level B or E
• Enjoyment and interest in all kinds of cleaning work
• Outgoing personality, empathy, good manners
• Good physical condition, adaptable and responsible
• Interest and technical understanding of various devices and machines as well as openness to different working hours
