Are you excited to help shape our new international Kotlin Multiplatform Smile App? Are you an iOS fan who also enjoys developing backend services in Kotlin with Spring Boot and shows interest in Android development? Then you are exactly right in our five-person mobile team!

• You actively shape the technical conception of our international Kotlin Multiplatform app and develop it together with internal and external colleagues.
• You take technical responsibility for our iOS app and ideally also for the Spring Boot backend services in the team.
• You actively share your knowledge within the team and have an interest in Android development.
• Together, as a DevOps-Scrum team, you ensure the smooth operation of our Smile app as well as the backend services you are responsible for.

• You have a completed bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or comparable experience.
• You have been working as an iOS developer for five or more years and have extensive experience in the entire app development cycle.
• You have three or more years of experience as a backend developer with Kotlin/Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs.
• You are a Swift professional, a fan of functional reactive programming, and have experience with KMP or are interested in acquiring it.
• Automated testing (unit, integration, and UI) as well as meaningful documentation are a matter of course for you.
• You are familiar with software development within an agile DevOps-SCRUM team.
• You have the necessary drive to continuously develop yourself and the team. You reflect on your own actions, question things critically, and find constructive solutions.
• You possess very good communication skills, have persuasion and assertiveness, and bring the necessary experience to provide our customers with an optimal user experience.
• You can explain complex technical processes simply and understandably to the product owner and stakeholders.
• You can communicate very well in German and well in English with your colleagues (both spoken and written).
• Experience with native Android development (Kotlin) or the development of microservices in AWS is a plus but not a must.
