What is my role?

• As a central leader, you coordinate the entire workshop operation

• You are the first point of contact for customers and the team and manage the branch processes

• You advise customers, sell services and carry out vehicle receptions

• You are responsible for demanding service and repair work including fault diagnosis

• You ensure the highest quality standards and maximum customer satisfaction

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or specialist EFZ

• Driving licence category B

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form

• Confident handling of MS Office

• An independent, customer-oriented way of working

• Genuine team player qualities
