Your area of activity includes, among others:
- Independent planning and execution of technical projects
- Accompanying projects from order placement to completion
- Responsibility for deadlines, costs, quality, and resources
- Technical and commercial support of ongoing projects
- Coordination of employees, partner companies, and other stakeholders
- Organisation and coordination of necessary resources
- Preparation of offers, calculations, and project-related documents
- Handling additional services and changes during the project duration
- Monitoring project costs and supporting billing
- Regular coordination with customers and project partners
- Participation in meetings and coordination appointments
- Advising customers on technical and organisational issues
- Maintaining existing customer contacts
- Supporting the development of customer relationships
- Monitoring project progress
- Coordinating execution and ensuring smooth project processes
- Accompanying completion, acceptance, and handover
- Ensuring compliance with applicable quality, safety, and environmental requirements
For this role, you ideally bring:
- Completed technical vocational training in building technology, refrigeration/air conditioning technology, or a related technical field
- Several years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Experience in independently managing and executing projects
- Further training in project management, technology, or a comparable qualification is an advantage
- Strong technical understanding
- Good commercial and business management knowledge
- Experience in cost, schedule, and resource planning
- Good organisational skills
- Independent and structured working style
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
- Confident manner and good negotiation skills
- Enjoyment in contact with customers and various project partners
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driving licence category B
