Specialist Sea Freight Import LCL - Is Sea Freight Your World? Then Take the Helm!
Your Tasks- Independent scheduling and handling of sea freight shipments with a focus on Import LCL
- Organisation and monitoring of the entire transport process from A to Z
- Coordination with customers, suppliers, shipping companies, and other international partners
- Telephone and written support as well as processing of customer enquiries
- Handling of simple complaints and queries
- Preparation of daily quotations
- Checking, allocation, and posting of incoming freight invoices
- Invoicing of services provided
- Follow-up control of the freight journal using modern freight forwarding software
- Completed training as a freight forwarding clerk or a comparable qualification in logistics
- Professional experience in freight forwarding, ideally with a focus on sea freight import
- Experience in sea freight is an advantage, but thorough training is guaranteed
- Very good English skills, both spoken and written
- French language skills are a plus but not a requirement
- Customer-oriented personality with a confident and friendly manner
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style
- Team spirit, flexibility, and a quick grasp of new information
