YOUR ROLE - THIS AWAITS YOU

• Team leadership: You lead a test engineering team, continuously develop it and promote collaboration. You coordinate the project assignments of your team members.
• Personnel management: You take care of recruiting, further development and retention of employees.
• Further development: You drive adesso's internal test strategies forward on current topics such as test automation, AI-supported testing or cloud technologies.
• Market observation and trend analysis: You monitor the market and current trends and develop ideas for product innovations from them.
• Customer relationships: You continuously build and expand your customer network, are the direct contact for our customers and are operationally involved in projects. You advise customers strategically and methodically on all questions related to testing.
• Project work: Depending on your profile, you contribute your expertise as a test manager, test automator, business analyst (BA), product owner (PO) or requirements engineer (RE) and take on leadership roles in projects at the customer.
• Strategic and methodical consulting: The optimisation of business processes as well as the conception and implementation of IT solutions are the focus of your activity.

YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING

Managing / Senior IT Consultant with testing affinity

• Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable IT education or IT professional experience
• Several years of experience as a business analyst, product owner or requirements engineer in IT projects
• Strong interest and affinity for testing and quality assurance – test automation know-how is welcome but not a prerequisite
• Willingness and flexibility to be deployed as BA, PO or RE at the customer as needed

• Experience: Good conceptual and analytical skills as well as communication skills and quick comprehension. Your appearance is convincing and confident.
• Leadership qualities: You have initial leadership experience or want to grow into a leadership role and build and further develop a team.
• Communication: You appreciate constant exchange with all parties involved, are socially competent and communicate confidently and appropriately for the target group.
• Language skills: You speak very good German (C1) and fluent English (B2) and are willing to travel.
