Your tasks
- You are responsible for managing the Executive Office
- You coordinate and monitor appointments, organize meetings and internal events
- You take on administrative and organizational tasks for the Executive Board and represent it administratively during absences.
- You create reports, prepare presentations and speeches, and contribute to their content design
- You prepare and follow up on Board of Directors, Executive Board, and Management Committee meetings, take minutes, and track pending items
- You monitor and update entries in the commercial register and maintain company files
- You handle complaint management at the management level and manage general correspondence
- You professionally and service-orientedly welcome customers
Your profile
- You have a commercial education with further training as an executive assistant or an equivalent further education
- You bring several years of commercial professional experience in the service sector – a great advantage in the real estate industry
- You have solid experience in managing a secretariat and demonstrate a strong organizational flair
- You master stylish German, have a flair for correspondence, and possess knowledge of French and English.
- You have an affinity for technology, can apply new technologies, and are open to new things
- You are able to communicate at all levels and act as a hub
- You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy interacting with people
- You present a well-groomed appearance and very good manners
- You work team-oriented and independently
- You are trustworthy, reliable, interested, and orderly
