Are you ready to strengthen trust in the card business with us by uncovering and effectively stopping fraudulent activities together? Then join our Fraud Intelligence Team.
As a Fraud Analyst, you are responsible for analysing fraudulent transactions and developing targeted countermeasures to prevent fraud activities.
These are your tasks
- Analyse fraudulent transactions and identify new fraud trends
- Create and adjust rules in our fraud early warning system
- Prepare reports on fraud cases, trends and KPIs
- Manage Fraud Detection & Prevention (PRISMA)
- Fraud Incident Management during fraud attacks
This is what you bring
- Strong analytical skills and experience in recognising new fraud patterns and attack scenarios.
- Experience in building, optimising and testing fraud detection rules and scoring models.
- Excellent SQL skills as well as practical experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
- Ability to evaluate large data volumes and derive concrete fraud and business measures.
- Experience with fraud management, case management and reporting platforms.
- Solid know-how in fraud management and interest in innovative approaches in analytics, detection and prevention.
- Excellent German and English skills
