About the job
The day centre for active researchers (TaFF) has been operating four locations in the canton of Lucerne since 2009. We offer the children in our care optimal learning and development opportunities every day. With us, children are free to research and discover to their heart's content!
Do you love working with children and appreciate variety in your professional daily routine? Then you are exactly right with us! To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a committed, warm-hearted and flexible personality as a Co-Educator (FaBe Child EFZ) on a fixed workload of 60–80 % by arrangement. You will work at three locations and support the teams where your assistance is currently needed.

What you bring with you
- Completed training as a specialist caregiver EFZ, specialising in children
- Joy in lovingly accompanying and promoting children

- Creativity and motivation to bring your own strengths – for example in music, movement, creativity, nature or cooking – into everyday nursery life
Your tasks
- Co-responsibility for the care, nurturing and age-appropriate promotion of children aged from 3 months to about 5 years
- Support in organising a varied and child-friendly daily routine
- Participation in the planning and implementation of educational offers as well as weekly planning
- Active involvement in room design and implementation of our educational concept
- Close collaboration with the team and appreciative exchange with the parents
