SCHNEEBERGER Maschinen AG develops and produces state-of-the-art CNC grinding machines with integrated robotics for the manufacture and regrinding of cutting tools and the production of diverse precision parts. The internationally operating family business is represented in all major markets with its own sales and service branches or qualified partners. Customers include companies from tool manufacturing, the automotive industry and its suppliers, general mechanical engineering, the aerospace industry, energy technology, and contract manufacturing.

Internal Service Employee (60-100%)

What you can achieve with us:

• Planning and monitoring of service technicians’ assignments in the field
• Technical customer support via telephone or email
• Call management in the ERP system
• Writing repair instructions and service documentation
• Assistance in organising and conducting training seminars for our service team
• Occasional customer contact in-house or on site

What we expect from you:

• Training as an automation technician, polymechanic with experience in electrical engineering, automotive mechatronics technician, or apprenticeship as an electromechanic, possibly with additional training as a service manager or technician HF
• In-depth knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, control technology, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with customers
• Very good German, good English and French skills; any additional foreign language is an advantage
• Knowledge in using MS Office products and an ERP system
