Your tasks:
- In your future role, you will guide our customers through the entire sales process – from needs assessment to drafting suitable offers and convincing presentations, all the way to successful closure and handover to our project team.
- You convince with your intuition for customer needs and actively win new customers for our solution portfolio.
- As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and further develop existing customer relationships – with a clear focus on building long-term, trusting partnerships, sustainable growth, and targeted upselling.
- You will act as a competent contact person for all matters related to our entire IT solution portfolio and represent UPGREAT AG professionally to the outside world.
- You bring a solid understanding of modern IT infrastructures – from on-premises to private and Microsoft public cloud solutions – and can tailor these precisely to the needs of our customers.
- Through your efforts, you ensure that our customers can fully leverage the value of our outsourcing, infrastructure, and digital workplace services – and turn them into true fans of UPGREAT AG.
Your profile:
- You already have experience in sales with an IT service provider – ideally in the area of IT services for SMEs as well as in the sales of Microsoft 365 solutions.
- You impress with your negotiation skills, your confident demeanor, and your intuition for sustainable customer relationships.
- You are a dedicated, proactive personality with high self-motivation and pronounced closing skills.
- You quickly recognize customer needs and develop convincing, innovative solution approaches from them.
- You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, and navigate confidently in a professional environment.
- You are well-networked in the IT field and understand the challenges and opportunities that concern our customers.
- You present yourself confidently, convincingly, and charmingly – both internally and externally – effectively showcasing your sales flair and communication strength.
