In order to strengthen the team in our prestigious boutique in St.Moritz, we are recruiting our future
As ambassador of the Brand, you will participate actively in the development of our sales in Jewellery, Watches and
Accessories. You will also take care of the back office, after-sales service, inventory and support activities.
In this role, you aim to offer a unique client experience, guarantying the quality of the service to develop a strong relationship with them. You will manage autonomously sales activities related to all product categories (Jewellery,
Watches and Accessories) achieving quantitative and qualitative sales objectives and guarantee best product display in the store. You will be responsible to support the customer during the whole process and develop networking through events and new initiatives.
In parallel, you will perform back-office activities such as data entry, product receiving, intra-shop movements, daily closures, stock counting, AFSS processing. You will also actively participate to the inventories and the Visual
Merchandising with the team.
You will be in charge of receiving, controlling and integrating of the goods to the stock. You will also manage the intra shops transfers by sending and receiving products. You will be responsible of tagging activities, from product receiving to repricing, perform after-sales service activities such as taking items to repair from the sale staff, contacting and organizing item shipment to repair centers.
Finally, you support the sales staff during the sale process from customer welcome to payment/ packaging.
You have at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar position, ideally in a high-end luxury boutique.
Passionate by the jewelry, watches and accessories, you have excellent selling skills. You have developed an excellent networking and you are able to build truthful relationships with your clients and team. You use easily Microsoft Office suite and have strong knowledge of SAP. Finally, you are fluent in German and in English; French and Italian would be a distinct advantage.
