- Support our external service employees in acquiring technical skills in insurance, products, systems, processes, and sales methods.
- Prepare and conduct in-person or virtual training sessions and support participants throughout their journey in the context of a structured individual mentoring.
- Adapt your speech to train professionals as well as individuals discovering the profession.
- Develop and adapt our training offerings by following the agile method and set objectives, combining traditional methods, new digital tools, and the latest techniques in knowledge acquisition.
- Collaborate closely with the entire team of Trainers in Switzerland, and take an interest in all new training techniques to provide the best possible quality.
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- You possess in-depth expertise in the field of life insurance or provision, ideally with prior experience in consulting or sales (insurance specialist certificate or equivalent). You will be eager to expand your knowledge to other areas of insurance as needed.
- You already have some experience in adult training on insurance topics and ideally hold a diploma in adult training (FSEA 1 or equivalent).
- With a focus on service quality for our clients, you are capable of creating a climate of trust and exchange, and you know how to make your training engaging and enriching.
- Autonomous and very structured, you demonstrate a high level of individual responsibility. You adapt easily and quickly to a very dynamic environment, and you are able to moderate a wide variety of courses while maintaining a high level of quality and expertise.
- Thanks to your mastery of various current technologies and digital tools, you can develop engaging and effective hybrid training.
- You are fluent in French; you can also communicate internally with colleagues in German and/or English and/or Italian.
