What is my role?

You are responsible for the design and development of components and assemblies using modern CAD systems. In doing so, you create technical drawings and documentation, work closely with the development department and production, and optimise existing designs in terms of manufacturability and cost. You accompany projects from the concept phase to series maturity and coordinate with suppliers and other specialist departments.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training as a technician, master craftsman or degree in mechanical engineering, design engineering or comparable

• Solid experience in design with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA)

• Good knowledge of technical mechanics and manufacturing processes

• Independent and structured way of working

• Teamwork and communication skills

• Good German language skills, spoken and written
