What is my role?

• You programme and set up CNC machines - with intelligence and precision

• You optimise CAM programmes and get the most out of the processes

• You manufacture individual parts, small series and prototypes - each part with its own character

• You don’t just process orders, but actively contribute your know-how

• You exchange ideas with design and production and think along

• When it gets technically tricky, you look for clever solutions

• In short: You have a real influence on the final outcome

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training as a polymechanic, CNC mechanic EFZ or something comparable

• You are very familiar with CNC milling and ideally also have know-how in sinker and wire EDM

• CAM and CAD are not foreign words to you, but daily companions

• Challenging individual parts, small series and prototypes really appeal to you

• The world of punching and injection moulding technology sparks your interest

• You tackle tasks independently and like to find practical solutions

• Quality is important to you and you feel comfortable in a team

• You communicate confidently in German
