Responsibilities:
You independently manage a varied property portfolio with rental and condominium ownership.
In this role, you organise and supervise all maintenance work on the properties.
As a property management specialist, you coordinate repairs and take on the commissioning in case of damage.
You act as the central contact person for tenants, owners, authorities and caretakers.
For renovation and conversion projects, you accompany all relevant phases from planning to execution.
Your professional conduct ensures sustainable care and preservation of the properties.
Qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial basic education
- Ideally, you have further training as a property manager or several years of experience in property management
- You have already organised and independently led condominium owners' meetings
- Thanks to your perseverance and resilience, you assert yourself confidently even in demanding situations
- Entrepreneurial thinking and high flexibility characterise your working style
- You work precisely, independently and ideally bring experience with the software RIMO R5
