Your tasks – our position
- Professional care and support of patients
- Participation in ensuring evidence-based quality of care and involvement in the continuous improvement process
- Promotion of goal- and solution-oriented collaboration within the interprofessional care team
- Ensuring professional succession through motivating guidance and support of our apprentices
Your skills – our expectations
- Diploma as a nurse ES/HES
- Professional experience in surgery or willingness to acquire this experience; professional experience in Switzerland is mandatory
- Ability to work independently, strong sense of responsibility and high quality standards for own work
- Organised and conscientious working method
- Team spirit, flexibility, resilience to stress
- You appreciate daily variety and see challenges as positive opportunities
- Proficiency in German or French (spoken and written) with knowledge of the other language (minimum level B1)
