Construction Foreman
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and coordination of construction sites as well as supervision of construction execution
- Responsibility for adherence to deadlines, quality and costs
- Leadership and motivation of site personnel
- Communication with site managers, clients and subcontractors
- Ensuring occupational safety and compliance with legal regulations
- Preparation of reports and documentation
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a construction foreman or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Sound knowledge of construction and site management
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Organisational skills and assertiveness
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form and driving licence category B
