Painter for Residential Renovations
Activities
- Independent painting work during residential renovations
- Proper selection and application of colours and materials
- Identifying and communicating additional efforts in collaboration with property management
- Participation in apartment handovers and assessment of the work
- Compliance with all safety regulations
- Supervision and training of apprentices
Requirements
- Training as a painter with experience in customer painting
- Organisational talent and independent working style
- Customer-oriented, team player and communicative
- Experience in mould treatment and/or further training as a site manager is an advantage
- Good German skills, basic MS Office knowledge
- Driving licence category B
