Continuous Improvement & Quality Specialist (M/F)

Your Mission

Within a renowned watchmaking manufacture, you will join the Quality department to become the guarantor of the reliability of our components. Your role is to carry a cross-functional vision of compliance, anticipating risks and optimising manufacturing standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Compliance management: detect, document and resolve internal non-conformities. You turn each anomaly into a learning opportunity by managing rigorous action plans.

• Improvement engineering: define and deploy corrective and preventive measures on manufacturing processes and control protocols.

• Industrialisation & innovation: support the launch of new products to ensure that aesthetic and technical standards are met from the outset.

• Quality culture: act as an ambassador of the quality approach on the ground. You train and raise awareness among production teams about the challenges of zero defects.

• Optimisation of reference frameworks: write and structure technical documentation (procedures, quality flashes, exemptions) and ensure the relevance of performance indicators on a daily basis.

• Project management: lead continuous improvement projects aimed at streamlining flows and securing the added value of the product.

Your Profile

• Education: engineer specialised in quality management (or equivalent qualification).

• Experience: you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a demanding industrial environment.

• Watchmaking expertise: you master the watchmaking manufacturing stages.

• Tools & methods: advanced mastery of problem-solving tools, statistical analyses and project management methodologies.

• Personal skills: you combine analytical rigour with interpersonal skills. Your diplomacy allows you to mobilise teams around common objectives, even in complex contexts.
