MACHINE OPERATOR TDA - on site
- Operating and setting up pad printing machines for printing dials and other watch components
- Monitoring the production process and performing quality checks
- Adhering to quality standards according to applicable guidelines
- Ensuring cleaning and maintenance work on production equipment
- Participating in the training and induction of new employees
- Completed training as a machine operator, printing technologist, or comparable technical education
- Alternatively, several years of professional experience as a machine operator in an industrial production environment
- Good knowledge of handling paints, varnishes, and solvents
- High quality awareness as well as careful and precise working methods
- Team-oriented, reliable, and independent personality
- Willingness to work shifts (3-shift operation)
- You have very good German skills, French is an advantage
