Metalworker - Project Manager with Project Responsibility and Team Leadership

• Take on project responsibility from order acceptance to final handover
• Ensure deadlines, costs, and quality standards during the project
• Coordination and alignment with architects, general contractors, and planners
• Optimise construction, material use, as well as workshop, transport, and assembly processes in collaboration with partners
• Conduct supplier negotiations and ongoing contract monitoring including preparation of supplementary offers

• Completed training as a metal construction technician EFZ or metalworker EFZ
• Professional experience or further training in project management is an advantage
• Strong organisational skills and team orientation
• High flexibility and confident negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in implementing own ideas
