Performance Advisory Services stands for pragmatic, value-adding advice around finance, controlling and corporate management. Our current focus areas are Lucanet, consolidation, corporate performance management as well as interim management in finance and accounting.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual who independently leads demanding consulting projects, further develops existing services and builds new consulting fields with us.

Manager / Senior Manager Finance Advisory (PAS) 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your impact

• You advise CFOs, finance directors and management boards on demanding finance and controlling projects
• You lead projects in the areas of consolidation, financial planning, reporting and corporate performance management
• You accompany Lucanet implementations and support clients in optimising their financial processes
• You take on or mediate interim management mandates in the area of finance & controlling
• You contribute your own ideas and services and develop them further together with us
• You acquire mandates, maintain client relationships and support the further development of our consulting offering at the Basel location
• You work closely with colleagues from audit, accounting, tax and advisory and contribute your know-how across departments

How you succeed

• You bring several years of experience in finance, controlling, corporate performance management or management consulting
• You have sound knowledge in consolidation and group accounting
• Ideally, you have experience with Lucanet or comparable CPM solutions and can use this know-how profitably
• You think entrepreneurially and enjoy actively shaping and further developing consulting services
• You convince with your strong customer orientation, confident appearance and pronounced communication skills
• You have experience in leading demanding client projects and keep an overview even in complex situations
• You communicate fluently in German and have good English skills
