Job Description
Mission & Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Technical System Design & Integration: design, transition, and manage ICT systems, focusing on problem resolution and operational efficiency.
- Project Management: Set up project charters, implement milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
- Cybersecurity Implementation: Deploy and manage cybersecurity technologies (secure design leveraging firewalls, reverse proxies, VPNs, automated controls).
- Scripting & Automation: Utilize PowerShell and Python for scripting and automation tasks.
- Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain ICT system operation manuals for the service desk.
- Networking & Configuration: Configure and manage L2/L3 networking, VRRP, and related protocols.
- Authentication & Encryption: Understand and implement traditional/modern authentication, authorization, and encryption (IdP, PKI).
- Virtualization & Storage: Manage enterprise-level virtualization, storage, and backup systems.
- Problem Management & Support: Provide technical support to the service desk and participate in security patching.
- IT Service Management: Use the Group IT SM tool for daily operations and be available for emergency support.
- Continuous Improvement: Propose solutions to enhance IT operations, technical architecture, and end-user experience.
The expertise you have & skills you bring
- Languages: Fluent English (mandatory); French, German, or Turkish is a plus.
- Technical Expertise: Experience in Microsoft and Linux environments. Hands-on approach to understanding systems (not just “where to click”).
- Cybersecurity Focus: Passion for designing secure, operable ICT systems.
- Frameworks & Standards: Familiarity with ISO27K, NIST CSF 2.0, or ITIL is an asset.
- Containerization: Experience with enterprise containerization technologies is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong social and communication skills. Commitment to improving end-user experience and satisfaction.
