Security Officers – Auxiliary and Fixed Positions – Commercial Security

As part of the development of our activities in the canton of Vaud, we are currently looking for several Security Officers for various types of assignments in commercial settings.

Several opportunities are currently available

7 auxiliary positions – 2 to 3 days per week

We are looking for 7 auxiliary officers available approximately 2 to 3 days per week.

Working days may vary and are organised according to operational needs and your availability.

This position may be particularly suitable for students or individuals seeking supplementary work.

Fixed position – Food store in Lausanne

We are also looking for 1 officer for a fixed position within a food store in Lausanne.

Hours:

• 09:00 – 13:30
• 16:00 – 19:10

This position requires regular availability according to the scheduled days and a constant presence on site.

Fixed position – Evening service

We are looking for 1 officer available to provide evening services, with hours from:

18:00 – 23:00

This position is intended for someone seeking regular evening work and able to commit to recurring availability.

Mobile position – Surveillance and interventions in plain clothes

We are also looking for 1 officer for a mixed mobile position.

The mission notably includes travelling to various commercial sites as well as interventions in plain clothes, with the aim of detecting and intervening in confirmed shoplifting situations.

This position requires in particular:

• Excellent observation skills
• Good autonomy
• Ability to travel between different sites
• Composure and good self-control
• Strict adherence to intervention procedures
• Professional and discreet appearance

Your mission

Whatever the position, you are a true actor in prevention and security on the ground. You contribute to securing our clients’ sites while adopting a professional and respectful attitude towards colleagues and customers.

Depending on the position held, your duties may include:

• Active surveillance and deterrent presence
• Prevention of theft and incivility
• Observation and analysis of suspicious behaviour
• Assistance and customer relations
• Intervention in confirmed theft cases
• Collaboration with store staff
• Strict application of legal and internal procedures
• Writing intervention reports

Experience in security, surveillance or the commercial sector is an asset but not necessarily essential depending on the position.

Condition: No criminal convictions and no ongoing legal proceedings, in Switzerland or abroad.
