What you will do with us:
- You care for and support clients at home - friendly and professional.
- You coordinate the care planning.
- You work closely with other nursing professionals in a team.
What you bring:
- You have completed training as a Nurse HF/FH.
- You work independently, responsibly and organised.
- You possess high professional and social competence.
- You have a category B driving licence (company car available).
