Food & Beverage Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Your daily work
- Overall responsibility for the service area of all gastronomic outlets, including wine and beverage concept
- Development, control, and continuous further development of the F&B strategy
- Ensuring excellent service, quality, and guest experience across all outlets
- Co-responsibility for budget, forecast, cost control, and achievement of financial targets
- Leadership, development, and empowerment of the management staff in the F&B area
- Implementation and further development of the department according to LQA and SDH standards
- Analysis, optimization, and standardization of processes and structures in the entire gastronomy area
What we expect from you
- Several years of professional experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a comparable management position in an upscale hotel or restaurant
- Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy; further education at a hotel management school or comparable qualification is an advantage
- Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees as well as management staff
- Solid business knowledge in purchasing, production, costing, and sales
- Very good German and fluent English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
- High sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
