ICT Service Manager / ICT Project Manager 80-100%

You can contribute in this role

• Analysing requirements with specialist teams as well as designing and implementing specific IT operations and service structures
• Managing and optimising all maintenance and licence contracts for the ICT products and services used
• Reviewing agreed SLAs and OLAs regarding the availability and performance of services, systems, networks and applications
• Leading ICT initiatives and ICT projects, from concept through realisation, introduction to successful acceptance
• Responsible for operational ICT operations and the leadership and coordination of external ICT service providers

What makes you unique

• Business informatics specialist (university, university of applied sciences or higher vocational school) with additional training as an IT project manager IPMA-C/PMI and experience in project management
• Experience in introducing and operating service and operations management systems as well as in lifecycle management of virtualised ICT environments
• Experience in implementing ICT projects, especially in the replacement procurement of existing infrastructures and the procurement of external ICT service providers
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, HPE hardware and Manage Engine products
• Good knowledge of a second official language as well as English skills
