Freight Dispatcher 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Our client needs a dispatcher who cleverly manages part-load transports and ensures punctual delivery

• You plan routes smartly and allocate tours efficiently

• You keep an eye on all ongoing transports at all times

• You are the control centre between customers, drivers and warehouse

• You prepare freight documents routinely and reliably

• Problems? You solve them quickly and pragmatically

• You communicate proactively and keep everyone informed

• This ensures smooth processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Our client is looking for someone with a completed commercial apprenticeship or training in forwarding/logistics

• Ideally, you already have some experience in dispatching, especially in the part-load sector

• Flexibility in working hours is important – shifts are between 04:00 and 23:00

• You are confident in using dispatch software and MS Office

• Even when it gets hectic, you keep a cool head and stay organised

• You enjoy communicating, work well in a team and have a secure command of the German language, both spoken and written
