• You operate and monitor our production facilities in the coffee cream department and ensure that our products are manufactured to the highest quality.
• You consistently adhere to the high hygiene and quality standards in food production and actively contribute to a flawless production environment.
• Together with your team, you ensure a smooth production process and support your colleagues in their daily work.
• You actively contribute, think along, and use your technical skills to continuously improve processes.
• You take responsibility for your area of work and perform reliably, carefully, and independently.
• You work in a 3-shift system and are prepared for shifts from 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–06:00.

• You have good German language skills in speaking and writing to understand work instructions securely and ensure smooth communication within the team.
• Ideally, you already have experience in the food industry or in a production company.
• A strong awareness of hygiene and consistent adherence to quality requirements are natural for you.
• You are physically resilient and willing to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying loads up to 20 kg.
• You are a reliable, motivated, and team-oriented person who likes to get involved.
• You work precisely, like to take responsibility, and contribute your own ideas to improve our processes.
