Do you want to not only plan electrical projects but also see their impact on the running plant? For our client in the Lucerne region, we are looking for a personality who is responsible for technical renewals and brings together production, automation, and external partners.
- You develop solutions for the renewal and availability of existing plants.
- You analyse technical weaknesses and prioritise effective improvements.
- You coordinate suppliers, internal departments, and executing partners.
- You assess controls and electrical systems in terms of function and safety.
- You keep project documentation and technical records up to date.
- Further training as a technician HF or engineer FH.
- Experience in managing technical projects, ideally in a production company.
- Understanding of automation systems as well as their programming or parameterisation.
- Ability to conclusively clarify technical questions with suppliers and internal teams.
- Independent, structured working style and good knowledge of German.
- Responsibility for projects with direct impact on the operation of complex plants.
- Scope for design from the technical idea to implementation.
- Five to six weeks of holiday, depending on age.

- Understanding of automation systems as well as their programming or parameterisation.
- Ability to conclusively clarify technical questions with suppliers and internal teams.
- Independent, structured working style and good knowledge of German.
