Your Tasks
- You ensure professional, individual care and support of our residents
- You assist qualified nursing staff in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing measures
- You actively contribute to optimal interdisciplinary collaboration with all those involved in the care and support process
- With great joy, empathy, commitment, and professionalism, you accompany and support our residents individually in their respective life situations
- You actively shape everyday life and enable our residents gentle access to activation offers as well as sociocultural events
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed training as a Specialist Caregiver EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care distinguish you
- You have very good oral and written German skills
- You enjoy working with elderly people
- Empathy, patience, and heart are your strengths to master stressful situations and respond flexibly
- You are proud of your important, meaningful, and versatile profession and enjoy being part of a team and "closer to people"
- Additionally, you are an organizational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient and structured
