- Knowing, practicing, and responding correctly in emergencies – intervening and coordinating in emergencies and incidents in close collaboration with the security service provider. This responsibility is primary for this position and is highlighted here separately.
- Creating incident reports and adhering to reporting chains.
- Carrying out care work according to BEKO SEM and following the guidelines of the department head (FBL) and the care management (LB).
- Ensuring basic medical care (in-house pharmacy).
- Being attentive to the specific issues of individuals with special needs.
- Ensuring general quiet hours and compliance with house rules, including regular patrols.
- Caring for and supporting new admissions (BAZmV).
- Supporting reporting, creating reports based on the checklist.
Requirements
- Secondary level II: Federal vocational certificate (EBA).
- 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Impeccable character (no entries in the debt collection or criminal records).
- German | spoken: B1 | written: B1.
- English | spoken: B1 | written: B1.
- Other asylum-relevant language (an advantage) | spoken: B1 | written: B1.
