Your area of responsibility
🩺 Professional care: You take responsibility for the proper care and loving support of our residents.
💻 Mastering the care process: You reliably handle administrative tasks and are familiar with interRAI LTCF as well as electronic care documentation (easyDOK).
🤝 Important interface: You communicate on an equal footing and work in partnership with relatives, doctors and physiotherapists.
🌱 Passing on knowledge: You enjoy accompanying our trainees on their path and warmly and competently introducing new team members.
What you bring with you
🎓 Qualification: A successfully completed qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe).
🕰️ Flexibility: Openness to flexible working hours to be there for our residents in the evenings or at weekends.
🧘 Rock in the surf: High social competence and the ability to remain calm and keep an overview even in demanding and hectic moments.
💪 Drive: A very responsible, independent and committed way of working. ❤️ Passion: Deep understanding, genuine commitment and sincere affection for care-dependent, elderly people.
👩 🏫 Mentor spirit: You like to share your knowledge and enjoy working with learners.
🗣️ Communication & IT: You have good PC user skills, understand Swiss German effortlessly and communicate confidently in German.
