This is what awaits you in your apprenticeship:
- You look after and advise our customers on travel offers as well as service and safety services
- Service on the train, for example checking tickets, providing information in case of delays, and making announcements over the loudspeaker
- You help elderly or mobility-impaired persons
- Handling modern communication and sales systems is part of your daily business
- The gastronomic processes are also among your core tasks in the practical part of your training
Your profile:
- You have (soon) successfully completed school and your school leaving certificate is recognised in Germany
- Your German language skills correspond to at least the B2 level
- English is totally your thing
- You remain calm and keep an overview even in difficult situations
- You are responsible, reliable, as well as flexible and mobile
- Shift work and overnight stays in other cities are a welcome change for you
