Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sustainable placement of temporary and permanent positions in the fields of construction, crafts, industry, technology and administration
• Recruiting suitable candidates
• Acquisition and support of clients as well as maintenance of the existing client base
• Contact person for temporary employees and authorities
• Creating job advertisements
• Possible succession planning if suitable

Requirements

• Technical or craft-based basic training as well as commercial work experience, preferably in sales/customer service or commercial basic training with a technical flair
• Several years of experience in recruitment is an advantage
• Independent and goal-oriented working style
• Flair for people and situations
• Remain calm and keep an overview in hectic situations
• Endurance and flexibility are among your strengths
• Driving licence category B and own vehicle, a must
