Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support the CISO IT in all matters related to information protection and technical information security of the business IT
- Contribute to the development and further enhancement of the information security management system (ISMS) as well as the creation of security standards and instructions
- Monitor compliance and effectiveness of security requirements, including conducting audits
- Support IT management, specialist departments, and project management in information security and data protection matters
- Participate in business continuity management and IT crisis team, as well as manage security incidents
- Collaborate with internal and external committees and coordinate with the SOC provider
Profile & Requirements
- Advanced professional training in computer science and further education in information security (e.g., CAS, MAS, diploma)
- Professional certificates such as CSSP, CSSI, ISO 27001 or equivalent (must-have)
- Several years of experience (at least 5 years) in complex IT environments and in-depth knowledge of information security and ISMS
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Analytical, independent, and goal-oriented working style, high resilience, and teamwork skills
- Ideally experience with security audits, ISO certifications, and in the energy industry
