Real Estate Management Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 120,000Role:
In this role, you will delve deeply into the entire lifecycle of real estate – from targeted acquisition through careful holding to optimised sale. You will take expert responsibility for real estate portfolios and ensure that strategic, economic, and qualitative goals are consistently achieved. You will be responsible for analysing and assessing properties as well as deriving appropriate measures to increase value. You will act as a competent contact person for demanding stakeholders and make well-founded decisions based on your expertise in real estate management. In a dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to further develop your professional experience purposefully and fully realise your potential.
Responsibilities:
- You advise and support owners as well as prospective buyers throughout the entire sales process concerning real estate.
- In this role, you evaluate owner-occupied properties and prepare well-founded value analyses.
- As a real estate management specialist, you acquire new sales mandates and continuously expand your network.
- You actively market properties, conduct viewings, and accompany sales mandates through to completion.
- In this role, you conduct negotiations confidently and organise notarisation.
- You plan, organise, and implement targeted marketing measures for the successful positioning of the properties.
Qualifications:
- You have a vocational qualification, a school-leaving certificate, or a university degree as well as a specialised further education (e.g. real estate marketer with a federal professional certificate or CAS in real estate valuation).
- You have several years of professional experience in the real estate industry and are not a career changer.
- You are a curious, organised, and communicative personality with a strong service orientation.
- You work reliably, independently, and in a structured manner.
- You communicate confidently in German; French and English are advantageous.
- You bring flexibility, willingness to travel, a category B driving licence, and your own car.
