You accompany our employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
You share responsibility for the recruitment process: from the job posting to onboarding, working transparently, appreciatively, and efficiently with line managers.
You manage and are responsible for our electronic time tracking system.
You support and contribute to diverse HR projects – always with the goal of empowering people.
You adapt corporate HR initiatives appropriately to local structures.
You actively participate in optimizing and digitizing our HR processes and help improve our documentation.
You reliably carry out general HR administrative tasks and correspondence with attention to detail.
A completed training as an HR specialist is mandatory.
Several years of experience in HR, ideally with consulting executives on an equal footing.
Solid knowledge of MS Office as well as practical experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
Clarity in communication – and the courage to address things openly and professionally.
